CALGARY MARATHON

We make each print to order from our shop in Canada. It usually takes 5–7 business days to print and another 3–5 days to reach you in North America. International orders typically take a couple of weeks, give or take whatever customs decides on the day. We'll email you tracking the moment it ships.

Since every print is made just for you, we aren't able to take it back if you change your mind. Sorry about that. But if anything's actually wrong with your order, we'll absolutely make it right (see below).

Have a careful look at every field before checking out, since we print exactly what you give us. If you spot a typo right after ordering, drop us a note at remark.support@gmail.com and if we haven't started printing yet (usually within an hour) we'll fix it for you. After that we can't redo it on our dime, but we're always happy to help you order a corrected one.

Send us a quick photo at remark.support@gmail.com within a week of delivery and we'll get a fresh one out to you, on us. We just need the photo and the heads-up within seven days so we can sort it out with the courier on our end.
